Practicing Gratitude has been scientifically proven to make us happier humans: it helps us focus on the good in our lives, foster healthy relationships, and improves our self-esteem and so much more.

Let’s Have an Attitude of Gratitude teaches children and humans of all sizes how to practice and express gratitude in their daily lives—and the many benefits of doing so!

Why Meditate?

  • Meditation strengthens our prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain that’s responsible for executive functioning — this encompasses our abilities to plan ahead, manage challenging emotions, focus our attention, and respond thoughtfully.

  • To discover our innate ability to self-regulate our bodies and emotions.

  • Practice ways of activating our parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to calm our bodies and combat stress.

  • Understand the value of remaining in the present moment.

  • To learn strategies that help bring us into the present moment and that help us sustain presence.

A review of Let’s Sit Down and Meditate:

“I rarely ever take the time to write a review, nonetheless, I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS BOOK!! This book is the pure definition of wholesome! It promotes mindful practices in such a genuine way that is kid-friendly (and adult friendly). As an educator, I cannot wait to share this book with my students, especially during this time of uncertainty. I know they will love the illustrations, along with the writing style. It is engaging, relatable, and important! I use the word important because it is necessary to teach our young ones healthy habits, in regards to the way we think and feel, so that they can continue to grow with the proper tools. I am so grateful to have this book because it truly is so unique and further adds positivity into anyone’s day.”

A review of How Yoga Saved Christmas:

"I recently purchased this book for my daughter (age 5) and my son (age 7), and they both love it! They've asked me to read it every night since it arrived. It's such a fun and thoughtful tale about how all of us need to take care of ourselves—even Santa and the elves! Even if your kids don't do yoga or aren't familiar with it, they will enjoy and learn something from the story. I'm planning on buying it for all of my friends' kids this Christmas! I highly recommend it."
